Makes-Its-Own Crust Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
nutmeg to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and blend in blender for 30 seconds. Pour into a well-greased and floured 9-inch glass pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Pie will rise, but will settle as it cools and will form a light crust.
