Ham And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
1/2 c. fine corn flake crumbs
1/2 lb. cooked ham, diced
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream (room temperature)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Divide cauliflower into separate flowerets. Parboil 8 minutes or until almost tender. Mix cauliflower with crumbs; add ham, cheese and green pepper. Place in casserole. Spread sour cream over top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with paprika.
