Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat
8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. dry sherry
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Stir in flour until bubbly.
Add sour cream, cream cheese, sherry and Mozzarella cheese.
Stir until smooth.
Remove from heat, stir in parsley, onion and crabmeat.
Pour into quiche dish or other shallow dish.
Heat in microwave or oven.
Then lightly brown under broiler.
Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
