Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 pieces chicken, skinned with fat removed
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. paprika
    4 c. wheat flake cereal, lightly crushed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Combine oil and next 5 ingredients in small bowl.
    Place cereal in bowl. Brush each piece chicken with mixture, then dip in cereal crumbs until evenly coated.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes until chicken is golden brown and tender.
    Timing may vary according to thickness of chicken.
