Vegetable Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped fine
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 c. cucumber, chopped fine
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes, onion, celery and cucumber fine.
    Mix gelatin and cold water.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Chill overnight; spread on crackers or bread.
