Creamy Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large potatoes
1 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 pie crusts
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes.
Mix in sugar, eggs, milk, butter and nutmeg and mix until creamy and smooth.
Pour in crust and bake at 250\u00b0.
