Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Blend all ingredients on medium high speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into a greased and hot skillet.
Cook until golden brown, alternating both sides.
Makes 12 (4-inch radius) pancakes.
