Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
2 c. Ricotta cheese
1 small onion, diced
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. dried whole oregano
dash of hot sauce
dash of ground nutmeg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 (8 oz.) box lasagna noodles
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Brown hamburger; pour off grease.
Add diced fresh mushrooms.
Cook for a few minutes, then take off stove.
Spoon 1 cup sauce into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside remaining sauce.
