Fruit Medley(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water-packed pineapple chunks or tidbits
    1 c. fresh orange slices
    1 c. diced, unpeeled apple
    1 c. canned, unsweetened drained cherries
    1 c. plain, unsweetened low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Combine pineapple, orange slices, apple and cherries in a medium bowl.
    Gently fold in yogurt.
    Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
    Yield:
    7 servings.
    Each serving amount:
    1 cup.

    1 fruit and 1 fat.
