Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large skillet.
    Cover.
    Bring to boil and cook for 1 minute.
    Uncover.
    Lower heat and turn with spatula until barely tender (about 5 minutes).
    Toss with more Parmesan. Serves 6 to 8.
