Quick Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    chopped onion
    1 can tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    1 can mushrooms
    1 carton sour cream
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck
    and
    onion in shortening; add mushrooms, tomato soup
    and
    season (salt, pepper, etc.) to taste. Simmer 1 to 2
    hours;

    hour add sour cream.
    Serve stroganoff over cooked egg noodles or rice.
