Orange Salad - cooking recipe

2 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (15 oz.) can drained fruit cocktail
2 c. ice water
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine orange Jell-O and boiling water in saucepan; stir until Jell-O dissolved.
Place pan over flame and add cream cheese.
Stir until melted.
Place pan in cold water until cool. Add fruit cocktail and 2 cups ice water.
Let set in refrigerator until slightly set.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Place in mold.
Ready in about 3 hours.
