Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 very large potatoes
    salt
    2 large cans Pet milk
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    10 oz. Cheddar or Colby
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    white pepper or black
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. fine celery (cook in water until soft before adding other stuff)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with salt until firm (use just enough water to boil).
    Take out potatoes.
    Keep water and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook slowly until cheeses are melted.
    Add potatoes and serve.
    Sprinkle with bacon bits and chives.
    Add milk if too thick.
