Persimmon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 2/3 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    3 1/2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. chopped nuts and/or raisins
Preparation
    Using large bowl, combine all ingredients, except nuts.
    Mix at high speed for 4 minutes.
    Pour into 3 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
