Sausage Upside-Down Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. (6 oz.) tomato paste
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Cook sausage, onion and pepper until sausage is brown and crumbly.
Stir in flour.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and olives.
Spread evenly in square pan.
Prepare muffin mix; spread over sausage.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
Let stand in pan 5 minutes; loosen edge.
Invert onto plate.
Serves 6.
