Soft Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar (white)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Cream the egg, sugars and shortening.
Add milk and dry ingredients.
