Cheese 'N Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion (green onions)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
    1/4 c. picante sauce
    2 Tbsp. green chillies
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    2 c. sharp Cheddar
    flour tortillas
    1 (12 oz.) can enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook and stir onion in margarine in large skillet until tender.
    Stir in chicken, picante sauce, cream cheese, green chillies and cumin; cook until thoroughly heated. Stir in 1 cup cheese.
    Spoon chicken mixture into tortilla; roll up.
    Place seam side down in a 12 x 7-inch baking dish; top with enchilada sauce and cheese.
    Bake 15 minutes.
