Pate Brisee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1/4 lb. cold butter, cut in 6 to 8 pieces
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. ice water
    food processor
Preparation
    Place metal blade in food processor.
    Add ingredients, except water.
    Process until coarse meal.
    Add water with machine running until dough forms a ball.
    Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
    Model or roll and cut dough. Bake until golden at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
