Armadillo Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 whole pickled jalapenos
    1 lb. breakfast sausage
    1/3 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Deseed and rinse peppers (recommend cutting tops off and then core).
    Loosely stuff peppers with cheese.
    Completely wrap each pepper with a thin layer of sausage. (Hint: The colder the sausage, the easier it is to work with.) Roll each pepper in finely crushed corn flakes.
    Place on baking sheet and bake approximately 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
