Raspberry Ribbon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. raspberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipped cream
dash of salt
1 c. water
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Dissolve jello and sugar in hot water.
Add frozen berries. Chill to partially set the jello.
Blend together the cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spread cheese mixture over bottom of shell, then spread raspberry mixture on the cheese.
Chill until set.
