Strawberry Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. strawberries or 3 c. fresh strawberries
    6 packets Equal sweetener or 1 1/2 tsp. Equal measure
    1/2 c. evaporated skim milk, chilled
Preparation
    Place strawberries and Equal in a food processor or blender. Mix until coarsely chopped.
    With motor running, gradually add evaporated milk.
    Mix until smooth.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 4. This looks pretty served in tall parfait glasses.
    Low-fat, .2 g fat; 167 calories.
