Apple Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
4 to 6 apples
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Slice apples in small bowl; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste.
Grease tube pan, then pour in 1/2 of the batter, then 1/2 of the sliced apples.
Repeat with batter and apples.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or longer. Do not be alarmed; cake will be very brown on outside.
