Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 large can fruit cocktail
1 c. pecans
1 c. celery (optional)
miniature marshmallows
1 small box lemon Jell-O
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and Jell-O together. Pour 1 cup of hot water over. You may use the juice from the fruit cocktail as well. Mix with mixer. Add cocktail. Add nuts and celery. Mix well. Cover with marshmallows and refrigerate.
