Dip Ala Sandtrap - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 c. finely diced cucumber (without seeds)
1/4 c. finely diced green pepper
1/4 c. finely diced carrots
1/4 c. finely diced celery
1/4 c. finely diced zucchini
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dill weed
horseradish and tabasco to taste
Preparation

Cream the cheeses with an electric mixer, add the spices and blend in the finely diced vegetables with a wooden spoon.
Serve with crackers.
