Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 bottle taco sauce
3/4 c. water
1 4 oz can diced green chiles
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 pkg taco shells broken
2 c. shredded cheese
garnish: chopped tomatoes, chopped green bell, sliced black olives and sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven 375\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 13 baking pan.
Cook beef and onion in a skillet until done; drain.
Stir in taco sauce, water, chiles and seasoning mix; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook stirring occasionally for 3 to 4 minutes.
Layer half of shells on the bottom of baking dish; cover with half of meat mixture, sprinkle with one cup of cheese.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Top with garnish.
