Pasta With Olive Oil And Garlic - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. spaghetti or any pasta
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
handful of cleaned rugulla or watercress
Preparation

Boil spaghetti al dente.
In pan of hot oil, cook red hot flaked red pepper to quick boil.
Add 1 tablespoon of water. Drain spaghetti and mix into oil with pepper in pan.
Then mix with chopped watercress or rugulla.
Serve hot immediately.
