Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 head lettuce, shredded (about 6 c.)
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    1 large tomato, chopped (about 2 c.)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina salad dressing
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing
    1 (9 oz.) bag Doritos, coarsely crushed
Preparation
    In a large frypan, brown the meat; drain. Stir in dry taco seasoning mix. Chill.
    In a large salad bowl, mix the lettuce, kidney beans, tomato, celery and onion. When ready to serve, add meat, Catalina and Italian dressings and Doritos.
    Makes 6 hearty main dishes or 24 side dish servings.
