Mocha Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    2 c. heavy cream
    8 to 9 Tbsp. sugar (granulated)
Preparation
    Dissolve coffee in 1 tablespoon hot water.
    In a large bowl, beat all ingredients with an electric mixer at medium speed until frosting holds stiff peaks.
    Great on white cake.
