Vegie And Cheese Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable (green beans or broccoli)
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped pepper
    1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Ranch dressing
    6 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Steam vegetable about 4 minutes.
    Saute onion and mushrooms in butter until softened.
    Stir in vegetables. In bowl, fold vegetables into eggs, dressing and bread crumbs. Pour into buttered quiche dish.
    Sprinkle top with cheeses.
    Bake for 25 minutes or until eggs set.
