Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, sliced
2 tsp. salt
pepper (dash)
3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. hot milk
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
parsley flakes (dash)
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add flour and seasoning; stir until smooth.
Slowly add the hot milk, stirring constantly.
When it thickens, melt the cheese in the sauce.
Into a greased 2-quart casserole dish, put layers of sliced potatoes and cheese sauce, alternating until all ingredients are used.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
