Cheese Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1/4 c. water
    salt and pepper
    5 to 6 green bell peppers
Preparation
    Set cooked rice aside. Boil peppers in salt water for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Saute ground beef and onion.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in 1/4 cup water.
    Add to meat mixture.
    Mix rice and tomatoes and add to meat mixture. Mix rice and tomatoes and add to meat.
    Stir thoroughly and stuff mixture into green peppers. Place peppers in greased baking dish.
