Clafoutis Limousin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour, unsifted
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. milk or half and half
pinch of salt
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. brandy (optional)
desired fruit
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, eggs, milk and salt.
Beat well.
Batter will be thin.
In a greased 10-inch round pan, place fruit (example: 12 ounces frozen blueberries and 16 ounce can drained peaches). Sprinkle brandy over fruit.
Carefully pour batter over fruit.
Dot with butter and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on fruit.
Cool before serving.
