Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 stick margarine
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 to 1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or filberts; use less if desired)
Preparation

Cream butter or margarine and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add combined dry ingredients alternately with the sour cream. Spread a little less than half of the batter into a greased 8-inch square pan.
Sprinkle some of the sugar mixture and half of the nuts.
Add rest of the batter and rest of the sugar mixture and nuts. Dot with butter, if desired.
Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
