Corn Souffl{2E Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ears corn, scraped
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and pepper
    cayenne
    1 egg yolk
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook down corn,
    pepper, onion, garlic, oil, pepper and salt. Stir constantly.
    Fifteen
    minutes\tbefore serving, add egg and milk
    previously
    beaten
    together.
    Cook until thickened.
