Easy Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    2 cups fresh bread crumbs (4 slices of bread)
    1 cup tomato juice
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp pepper
    6 slices of cheese
    2 teaspoons instant bouillion (beef flavored)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    In a bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese.
    In a shallow baking dish, shape half the mixture into loaf.
    Cut 4 slices of cheese into strips; arrange on meat.
    Top with remaining meat; press edges together to seal.
    Bake for one hour.
    Top with remaining cheese slices. Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
