Chicken And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole, split chicken breasts
    3 potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    5 carrots, cut into 3/4-inch slices
    12 mushrooms, thinly sliced
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 tsp. margarine
    6 tsp. dry sherry or 1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Salt and pepper the chicken breasts and the vegetables.
    Place the chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and place the mushrooms, potatoes and carrots evenly on top of the chicken.
    Dot the vegetables with the margarine.
    Pour sherry or spoon cream of chicken soup over the chicken and vegetables.
    Cover the dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
    Makes 6 servings.
