Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
2 c. scalded milk
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cinnamon, together, then place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and bake 45 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
