Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. diced tart apples
1 unbaked pie crust (9-inch)
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Stir in sour cream, egg, vanilla and nutmeg, mixing well until smooth.
Add apples.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 mintues.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 minutes longer.
