Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. Swans Down cake flour
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 oz. red food color
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add buttermilk and dry ingredients (flour and cocoa) alternately.
    Stir in soda, salt, vanilla and food coloring; pour into greased and lined (wax paper) pans.
    Makes three 9-inch layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Use cream cheese frosting.
