Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
2 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

Step 1:
Mix flour, margarine and 1/2 cup nuts.
Press thinly into buttered dish (3-quart oblong).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Cool.
