Betty'S Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cabbage
    2 carrots
    1/2 medium onion
    1 c. celery
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 green pepper
Preparation
    Wash and dry all vegetables.
    In a large bowl, grate vegetables.
    Mix in mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and black pepper; mix well.
    Taste and adjust seasonings, if needed.
    Best if made the day before using.
