No Weep Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    3 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, sugar and water.
    Cook until thickens.
    Set aside to cool.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add 3 tablespoons sugar and mixture.
    Beat again until blended.
    Spread on pie filling and brown in 400\u00b0 oven.
    Makes enough for 1 large pie or 2 small pies.
