Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large baking potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. chives
6 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Bake potatoes until soft.
While potatoes bake, fry and crumble bacon.
When potatoes finish baking, scoop out pulp and save both pulp and shell.
Mix pulp with sour cream, chives, butter, eggs, salt and pepper.
Blend in bacon.
Refill potato shells and wrap in foil and freeze.
When you are ready to use them, bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
