Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans crescent rolls
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, slightly softened
    1 c. each: chopped carrots, broccoli, green peppers and tomatoes
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    6 cooked chicken breasts
    8 thin slices cooked Edwards Virginia ham (aged country ham)
    2 (10 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Great for dinner party.
    Can be made early and heated before serving.
