Chinese Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. soy sauce
    1 c. honey or syrup
    pork ribs
Preparation
    Select small bone pork ribs and slice to 1 bone (3 to 4 pounds or
    1 slab).
    Place in deep pan after rinsing off meat. Mix together
    all
    ingredients
    and
    pour over ribs.
    Let set overnight, covered, in refrigerator.
    Cook in oven at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
