Homemade Noodle Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted enriched flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 or 3 tsp. cold water
Preparation
    Sift flour with salt into a mixing bowl.
    Make a \"well\" in the center.
    Drop in eggs.
    Combine with a fork, adding spoonfuls of water as necessary to form a ball of dough.
    Knead for 5 minutes. Roll out on a lightly floured board.
    When the dough is rolled evenly, let set 20 minutes to dry.
    Roll up lightly and slice 1/8-inch thick.
    Let dry thoroughly 2 hours.
