Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. chopped Mozzarella cheese
    1 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. green olives, sliced
Preparation
    Cut stems from mushrooms.
    Toss mushrooms in melted butter in broiler pan and arrange cut ends up.
    Combine cheese and bread crumbs and spoon mixture onto each mushroom top.
    Adorn with an olive slice.
    Broil for approximately 8 minutes until cheese is melted and mushrooms are tender.
