Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 qt. water
1 Tbsp. sugar or Equal
flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Heat water to lukewarm and add yeast, sugar and salt.
Begin adding flour and mixing until dough gets heavy.
Turn dough over onto a floured work area and knead dough until it is very stiff.
Roll dough into a ball and place it in an oiled bowl.
Cover and place in an undrafty spot to rise.
When it has risen, punch down.
Sprinkle with flour and knead again.
Place dough in a well-greased loaf pan.
Bake until golden brown.
When removed from oven, butter top and remove from pan.
Butter sides and bottom, also.
