Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Place the first 6 ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well until smooth.
Put batter in 3 bread pans (greased and floured).
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done in center.
Cool on rack. Keep bread 1 day before serving, refrigerated or may be frozen.
