Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pie crust of your choice (top and bottom)
4 c. rhubarb, washed and cubed
2 c. strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 tsp. butter, cut into small pieces
cream, sugar and cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

Mix the strawberries, rhubarb, sugar, rind and flour together in a bowl.
Set aside.
